1. Do You Ship Worldwide?

2. What is Your Shipping Policy?

Thank you for shopping with Johémi! We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Please read below for details on our shipping policies.

  • Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping destination. Domestic standard shipping generally takes 4-6 business days.

  • International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries for an additional fee. Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight and shipping destination. Standard International shipping generally takes 6-12 business days but may take longer depending on customs processing times. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

  • Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including the correct shipping address. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, customer will be required to send an inquiry email to inform us and to correct the address for us to re-ship the order.

  • Order Modifications and Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at johemiluxe@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

  • Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or for any damages resulting from the delay.

3. What is Your Return Policy?

At Johémi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a no stress return process to make things right.

Return Eligibility
  • You have 14 days from the purchase date to return your item.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with return tags attached.
  • Returns must include the original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are covered only for defective items. Otherwise, the return shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about your refund status.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method.
Exchange Procedure
  • For exchanges, follow the return instructions above.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement to your specified address.
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photo or video evidence of the issue to facilitate a replacement or refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
  • Gift cards and final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
