At Johémi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a no stress return process to make things right.
1. Return Eligibility
- You have 14 days from the purchase date to return your item.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, with return tags attached.
- Returns must include the original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are covered only for defective items. Otherwise, the return shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
2. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about your refund status.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method.
3. Exchange Procedure
- For exchanges, follow the return instructions above.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement to your specified address.
4. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photo or video evidence of the issue to facilitate a replacement or refund.
5. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Gift cards and final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
